Joe was a great help! When we first arrived I was wary because we had to give all of our personal information to the receptionist (including a copy of our driver's license) When we first arrived I was wary because we had to give all of our personal information to the receptionist (including a copy of our driver's license) before we even were allowed to talk to a salesman. I found this rather annoying and intrusive, and ultimately a big waste of our time as the salesman went through it all again anyway. Anyways, luckily we were introduced to the salesman Joe McNamara. He has a very mellow personality and took the time to listen to our story and recommend a few different possibilities and then took the time to show us those vehicles and gave us the time we needed to sort through all the information and make the purchase when we were ready. He even gave us a tour of their new facility during our first visit. I'm happy to write this review for Joe, 5 stars all the way! I would not only recommend Ford, but that everyone should go see Joe McNamara down at Colonial Ford. More

A wonderful dealership, The staff here is excellent!!! I was very impressed with the great service, knowledgeable staff & new facility. My salesman Glenn Smith helped me find just the right vehicle I was I was very impressed with the great service, knowledgeable staff & new facility. My salesman Glenn Smith helped me find just the right vehicle I was looking for without any pressure. Glenn took the time to answer all questions I had without hesitation. They have a great Finance Dept. so I was able to complete all the paperwork & drive my Honda CR-V home that night "hassle free". Jhaki the Cashier/Receptionist was so helpful & efficient when it came to handling all paperwork. She made sure everything went smoothly. Everyone here at Colonial Ford made my car buying experience a "Pleasure". Colonial Ford has a team of great people working for them.
