Vito made all our stress disappear and was able to work with us on the financing to get exactly what we needed. I left Colonial once for another dealer and will never do that again. Being very busy myself I was able to find exactly what I wanted without going to a dealership and just pick it up! Jake sent me extra videos & pics and drove to meet me to sign the paperwork so when I picked up the car everything would be faster & smooth. The new dealership is beautiful, by far my best experience after being with Ford for over 20 years. I would definitely recommend using Jake! More

Her experience last April was so positive with an Explorer that I went back last week and put together this deal. This was a no hassle transaction. There were no back and forth to "see if I can get you a better deal with my manager", or "we can't find your trade in keys" kind of games rampant with many dealerships; just logical, reasonable, well explained information to make your car buying decision on. The trade-in value offered was so reasonable I didn't even try to haggle with them, I simply agreed to buy at the numbers presented. Same experience with my interaction with Greg Russell...no hard sell, simple to understand options for after the sale options, and when I declined, he was as friendly and nice as when he was "trying to sell me", even 3 days later. Come to Plymouth, and deal with these guys. You won't be disappointed. More
