Great Service! I was getting tired of looking at cars. Just couldn't find what I was looking for. I didn't want a brand new one but something a couple of years old w I was getting tired of looking at cars. Just couldn't find what I was looking for. I didn't want a brand new one but something a couple of years old with low mileage. I decided to look at Ford in Plymouth Ma. It was close to where I lived and I had bad luck at 2 other dealerships. While looking people ept saying get a Ford they have the best record. I went in and was greeted by Joe McNamara. He listened to what I was looking for and set out to help me find my car. He asked about my likes and dislikes in a car and how much driving I did. I was downsizing from an SUV that was ready to go so I checked out some sedans and hatchbacks. I kept going back to a beautiful Focus Fusion. Several times I went in and saw Joe. He showed me other cars that had just come in since they get in inventory everyday and we ended taking another look at the Focus Fusion What a beautiful color, lots of pick up and fully loaded!. My mind was made up! Joe showed patience and knowledge and between the Carfax and a good warranty and price I was all set. I even took another business card for a friend. More
