comfortable experience My wife needed a new car and had settled on the Ford Escape so, after picking out the specific vehicle she was interested on line, we made an appointm My wife needed a new car and had settled on the Ford Escape so, after picking out the specific vehicle she was interested on line, we made an appointment for a test drive and sit down after. First, let me say their new facility is very very nice. State of the art and very non threatening. You are greeted after entering the showroom by a reception person who takes down some preliminary information or contacts the sales rep requested. In our case, we were introduced to their "Escape" expert, one John Collas. We had requested a thorough, extended test drive including both highway and town driving which was done to my wife's satisfaction. After returning and after John "qualified" us the price for the vehicle and our trade was quickly settled on. I do wish the back and forth could be done away with as some old procedures seem to die hard. All in all we were treated with respect by all members of the sales force and finance manager throughout the process. John briefed and walked my wife through all the features of her new car and the cell phone link features as well. He made sure she understood all the features of her new vehicle. It still took 6 hours from beginning to end which I would like to be shorter, and this was with a cash sale, but I'm not sure it can be made much shorter then what they did with us. Over all, a very nice buying experience. More

They went the extra mile When we stopped into this lovely new dealership at 6:30 at night, we were immediately greeted by a pleasant gentleman who directed us to a salesman na When we stopped into this lovely new dealership at 6:30 at night, we were immediately greeted by a pleasant gentleman who directed us to a salesman named Glenn. Glenn works hard to keep his customers happy. He found out that we were looking for a Ford Edge with a V6 engine. They didn't have one on the lot, but Glenn and his manager searched to find us the exact car we wanted, down to the color, heated seats, tow package etc. They even stayed past closing time. It took a few days to get the car in from the factory but it was well worth the wait! It's perfect! Glenn kept us in the loop the whole time. This is the first dealership in a long time that I felt really worked hard to earn our business. My husband and I have decided we will definitely go back to them when we trade in our second car in a few years. Thanks so much Glenn and crew! More
