I believe ought my vehicle in for a transmission problem I was having. Kevin Cowden in the Service Department arranged to have the Shop Foreman verify the issue and an appointment was set up to have the iss I was having. After dropping off the vehicle I shortly received a call from Mr Cowden informing me the vehicle was ready to be picked up. I picked up the vehicle and the issue had been remedied.
