I just realized that I hadn’t done this yet. Joe was great helping me get everything I needed to buy my truck. I had found the truck online and it was just what I was looking for other than the Joe was great helping me get everything I needed to buy my truck. I had found the truck online and it was just what I was looking for other than the fact it was in Mass. and I live in Colo. It took a little while to get the truck shipped but I understood that a large east coast hurricane can do that. Joe kept me informed of everything and even helped me get a new title for the truck when the old one was eaten by my dog. Thanks, Joe! More

Friendly, attentive, caring, supportive, involved However, i do not believe they were truly interested in resolving my issue I came in for a Blind Side fault indicator They ran a diagnostic $20 However, i do not believe they were truly interested in resolving my issue I came in for a Blind Side fault indicator They ran a diagnostic $200 I was told the part cost $2,700.00 and the part was back ordered. They didn’t know when or if they could get the part I did my own research once i knew what the part i needed was. I went to another Ford dealership and they said the part was $600.00 and they would call me when the part was in Now that is an amazing difference. It is also something that will stick with me when i need my next truck More
