Colonial Ford is consistently reliable, courteous, knowledgeable and flexible. Ford service appointments are scheduled to convenience me. The Ford facility in Plymouth is outstanding with a comfortable waiting lounge comparable to an upscale hotel lobby with a huge variety of coffee's and pastries available gratis as well as WI-Fi and large screen wall mounted TV.
