Colonial is one of the best dealerships to work with. I purchased my car from them in 2015 which was an easy experience. I purchased a new vehicle from Grieco Ford in 2022 and they do not compare as far I purchased my car from them in 2015 which was an easy experience. I purchased a new vehicle from Grieco Ford in 2022 and they do not compare as far as customer service. I took my new car to Colonial for a bunch of warranty work and they went above and beyond as I knew they would. Anthony is awesome, he has great communication and is very kind and understanding. More

Excellent warrantee repair done on my 2020 Ford Explorer. My navigation system wasn't working properly but Bruce the service manager worked with Ford directly to diagnose and resolve my issue in a matter of My navigation system wasn't working properly but Bruce the service manager worked with Ford directly to diagnose and resolve my issue in a matter of days. I know it's not the easy interfacing with Ford on some of these complex issues, but Bruce and his service team were able to resolve it. More
