So I don’t understand why every year for 20 years now I go to get my car inspected and every place I go to the workers always seem super annoyed about doing it.. why does a company advertise and do car ins go to get my car inspected and every place I go to the workers always seem super annoyed about doing it.. why does a company advertise and do car inspections but then the staff don’t seem to want to do it!? so my car was brought back and i was told “cant do it” after I was waiting for 15 minutes and the guy checking me out who was very nice.. told me the tech who took my car said they can’t do it because there is stuff in my front seat and a crack in my windshield…. The crack in my windshield has been there for two years. It is sealed, and it is not in my line of sight. I’ve gone through two inspections plus what the windshield people told me was good and I’ve even talked to police about it and it’s fine. Also,i asked the first guy (the ine who checked me out) should I clear out my seats real quick and he said no you’re good… but you couldn’t have said “hey do you mind just clearing out your front seat before we take it back?” because obviously somebody had a problem with it! i already got one ticket for my expired inspection but i work when inspection hours are! I’m working 3 nursing jobs to make ends meet, My significant other is deployed right now, I’ve got a lot going on, so my car is a bit messy, but if I was asked to, I could’ve taken 5 minutes to throw everything into the trunk real quick. I brought up my frustration to the guy who was checking me out and he got another technician to do my inspection who said “no everything is fine, that other guy is just lazy” took my car for a while And gave me a passing inspection sticker. So maybe there needs to be some more training going on or better work ethic for some of these workers. Maybe even a little compassion because you don’t know what’s going on in somebody’s life and a little inconvenience like that can really make things crazier. Just really not impressed. I also didn’t appreciate that as soon as I parked there were two car salesman waiting at my door at circling vultures. More
