He was my sales consultant and made me feel comfortable; like I was family. I can be difficult at times, but he was patient and didn't pressure me at all. For the first time, I actually trusted a car salesperson! A few years later when I was ready to upgrade, I contacted Waleed and found out he was promoted to a sales manager. A promotion I knew was well deserved. He was able to put me in the exact car I wanted without any hassle. I've just leased my 3rd Accord and couldn't be happier. You'll have a customer for life as long as Waleed is there. Steve was my sales consultant this last time. He also was a pleasure to work with. Treated me like a person and not just another sale. I'll be sure to contact Steve in a few years. Thank you both! More

No warranty support for defective paint I have only purchased two new cars in my lifetime -- both from Colonial Honda in Dartmouth. Until today I was always satisfied with both purchases and I have only purchased two new cars in my lifetime -- both from Colonial Honda in Dartmouth. Until today I was always satisfied with both purchases and the after-purchase service. My Honda Civic SI's paint started to drastically fail recently, crackling on hood and trunk and faded white splotches all over the roof. I discovered Honda has extended the warranty on this substandard paint to 7 years, and I presented, got an estimate, and filed the claim just under the deadline. Colonial states that Honda Warranty will not honor the claim since the work was not COMPLETED before the 7 years was up. They can't even give me the name of the claims adjuster to whom they spoke and state that they are unable to do anything about it. And I only learned this by calling today to follow up. I am thoroughly disgusted that $50,000 in sales doesn't get this consumer better support than that. Back to Subaru I go for my next car. More

He saw to it that I received the registration involved in returning the expiring leased car as well as setting up the lease for the new leased car. I am very satisfied with the company and the professionalism that the employees demonstrate. Only thing , which is minor is bring back the cookies and bagels!!!! More
