worst car dealer ever After experiencing a total loss of our car while it was parked, we decided to look at a 2015 Honda Pilot (my wife didn't like the new styling) with lo After experiencing a total loss of our car while it was parked, we decided to look at a 2015 Honda Pilot (my wife didn't like the new styling) with low mileage. Even though it was a two hour drive from our house in Longmeadow, we found what we wanted at Colonial Honda at Dartmouth MA. I have to say that I have purchased numerous cars over the 50 years of car buying and this was the WORST car buying experience of my life!!!! After arriving at a negotiated price and telling the salesman that we were already approved for a bank loan, he asked us to wait because the finance officer said he could get us a much better deal and if approved we could get the car that day! While waiting we ere continually given misinformation about the process. After THREE hours the Finance officer presented his great deal, that he could save us $200 over a six year payoff. I said that it wasn't worth it it and he proceeded to actually belittle me for that. So we finally drove home. Several days later we were in possession of the bank check and were told first that the car would be delivered to our house so that we wouldn't have to make the 4 hour round trip again. Then they said that no, we would have to drive down and the car would be ready for us to take home. The car wasn't ready and we had to wait another 3 hours for it to be ready. This place is full of lies and misinformation. I would never buy a new or used car from these shysters again and would never recommended them. them.. Entire process took from 02/28/18 to 03/06/18. Ridiculous!!!!! . More

This is the second new car we have bought from this dealership and in both instances they gave us unbeatable prices and an excellent buying experience. No pressure, no hassle, none of the shenanigans you usually encounter at car dealerships. All the staff we dealt with were very professional and helpful – Janel Braley, Tracy Lecomte, Michael Rowe, and Andrea Vinagre. Andrea, especially, went out of her way to take care of us even after the sale was concluded and we had taken delivery of the car. Whatever questions we had about the car, she was always available by phone, text, or email. We live in Connecticut, about 160 miles from Dartmouth. The round trip of 300+ miles to buy a car was well worth it. More

He was eager to help me the moment I stepped into the dealership. He knew just the car the suited my financial allowance and style. By the second vehicle I was shown I was sold. Manny even went to the body shop to pick it up to let me test drive it! We sat down and talked business and in a short period of time he found a payment that worked for me. I bounced dealership to dealership and Honda of Dartmouth was the only dealership that could provide me with an affordable, quality vehicle with low milage and an outstanding warranty. I feel good about my purchase and the financial officer that helped me, gave me some information about refinancing in months. I felt he was looking out for my best interest and not just seeing me as a dollar sign. Many other dealerships looked at my credit and my budget and dismissed me after less than a half hour. Dealing with past credit issues is haunting and I appreciate all the hard work everyone put into finding me a loan. I cannot wait to get into the drivers seat of my Honda and feel safe about Traveling the country! Thanks to your dealership I finally have a reliable car :) More
