Straight to the Point Tl;Dr: Andrea is great to work with, make sure y'all do your homework first! I came in knowing my budget, what model I wanted, and my alternatives. Tl;Dr: Andrea is great to work with, make sure y'all do your homework first! I came in knowing my budget, what model I wanted, and my alternatives. I worked with Andrea, who was fun and professional. I opened saying that I wanted a used CRV and gave her my price range. We found 4 cars that suited my needs, and then went out and inspected them. I made up my mind on which was the best for me and we took it for a test ride. The brakes were pulling and grinding, but the techs fixed that up the following morning. I took it for another test drive the next day and all was good in my book, so we talked price again. Andrea started with a price, I gave her a competitor's price, she talked to her manager and brought the price down and we shook on it. I had my own financing but their finance guy, Mike, was able to match it. Mike was a fast talker and tried upselling the warrenties. I know he was just doing his job, but I wasn't a huge fan. I did purchase the road hazard protection, so he was successful in selling me that hahah. They had the car ready to go in the time I was working out financing, transferred my plates, helped get my old car home, and even gave me half a tank of gas. It's day one with the car so I probably still have rose tinted glasses, but I'm happy overall putting myself 15.3k further into debt hahaha. More
