Horrible service experience I'd been coming to this dealer to have my cars serviced for 6 years. I had a 2012 civic and currently have a 2011 crv. Brought it in for oil change, t I'd been coming to this dealer to have my cars serviced for 6 years. I had a 2012 civic and currently have a 2011 crv. Brought it in for oil change, tire rotation and any other suggested services. Left two hours later and the car was now shimmying at /over 60mph and when it brakes. Bring it back. The tires weren't balanced, only rotated. The customer has to ask for the tires to be balanced. First time I've ever heard of that. They balance the tires. I'm told the mechanic drove it and it's fine. I leave. Its still shimmying when it brakes. Back now for a third time in the same day. The rotors need to be addressed. Which wasn't done when the tires were rotated or the brakes inspected earlier. Despite knowing that dealerships charge more for service, I had been loyal to this place for 6years. I lost faith in their ability to do good, safe work on my car today and will not purchase from them again. More

Amazing customer service!!!! I was hearing a strange noise on a tire and contacted Desiree who I bought my car from. She was more than happy to help and scheduled me an appointme I was hearing a strange noise on a tire and contacted Desiree who I bought my car from. She was more than happy to help and scheduled me an appointment with Justin in service. I had to go back a few times to get it permanently fixed as they were waiting for a part. Justin greeted me with a smile everytime and was so helpful with anything I needed. I only waited about 30 minutes, and I was good to go. I even got a coupon for my next oil change! Everyone is very helpful at Honda and I recommend them to everyone!!! More

Excellent customer service I bought a new HRV I 2016 and in the summer of 2017 I noticed a funny noise. It took a few visits to diagnose the problem and fix it, but Justin was I bought a new HRV I 2016 and in the summer of 2017 I noticed a funny noise. It took a few visits to diagnose the problem and fix it, but Justin was always patient and understanding of my concerns until we figured it out. It was repaired under Warranty, and I am very happy with my car as well as my choice of dealerships. My sales person, Barry Otto was with me every step of the way and always took time to sit and visit with me when he saw me in the waiting area. I can’t say enough good things about Barry and Justin!
