He made the entire experience seamless and kept me informed of all of the great changes Mazda has done to the car. I was in my new 2017 CX5 in no time and absolutely love it!! In addition to the car being one of the best vehicles I've ever driven, the entire staff at the dealership have always been great to work with. Customer Service can be difficult to find these days but Mazda always does it right. Thank you!! More

I really liked the 2 people who helped me - Adam Dean and Heather Ramos. They were both very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. This is my first Mazda and the first time I didn't feel pressured to buy something. Nobody bugged me with unwanted reminder calls and follow-ups. They gave me space, which I liked. Very nice people. This dealership seems to be a good culture to work in, too. A good vibe. Adam and Heather covered all the paperwork with no hiccups. I didn't really have to do much in the buying process. I test drove the car one day and started the buying process that week. Seven days in all, I am in my new car. The day before I purchased it, I changed my mind about the color and they still had everything ready the next day, insurance, registration, everything done. I would highly recommend going to Colonial Mazda. I have a great car, with excellent features. It's the first time I drove away from a dealership with a new car and didn't feel "taken." From start to finish, the entire process was easy and actually quite fun. Cody Stone is a terrific salesman. He is not pushy. He listened carefully to exactly what I wanted and steered me in the right direction. He showed me things about the cars that I might never had realized. Jay, the finance manager was also not pushy and very easy to deal with. I highly recommend Colonial Mazda to anyone looking for a great new, or used car. More
