Elderly shoppers look out My dad, age 79, went to Colonial to lease a 2019 Sentra. He had 5 payments (Nissan absorbs 2 payments for returning customers) left on his Maxima and My dad, age 79, went to Colonial to lease a 2019 Sentra. He had 5 payments (Nissan absorbs 2 payments for returning customers) left on his Maxima and was looking for 36 month lease that would include those remaining 5 payments. He had an offer from another local dealership but went to Colonial as he had leased 4 other cars from there. Leonard and the manager on duty agreed to match the other dealer's offer. My dad had Leonard speak to his son to confirm that everything was clear and it checked out. Fast forward 3 weeks when we receive a bill from Nissan for those 5 months. We called Colonial and spoke to Leonard who was also surprised and said he would speak to his manager and have him call us. He didn't. I called and asked for the manager (Dennis) and GM (John) and neither returned calls or emails. I showed up in person and again, only Leonard would talk to me. No decency to address my concerns face to face. The deal is signed and done so they have no interest in speaking with us. Now, my dad's payment on his Sentra is significantly more than their advertised offer and he also has over $2000 to pay Nissan, No way to treat any customer let alone a 79 year old repeat customer. More

From the moment I pulled into the lot, until the moment I left, I was graciously met by (non pushy) professional people. Once inside, I met Rick. Rick showed me some vehicles and I took one for a spin. He explained in detail all about the truck.He knew what I was willing to spend and went to talk to Dennis. The two came back to the table we discussed the truck, and then I bought it! They took care of everything except my signature (lol) and within 24 hours I drove off the lot loving my new rig. Amanda, who I spoke with was professional, courteous, and friendly. Ernesto met with me and I immediately felt comfortable as he was the first car dealer I’ve met that was relaxed and not at all pushy! I told him what I wanted, gave him the numbers I was willing to work with and Ernesto along with his amazing Manager Dennis Morin did the best they could to keep within that range; which they did successfully!!!!!!
