cant recommend Colonial VW service enough! I unfortunately got a flat tire and needed a repair same day. Frank was able to walk me through the style/type of tire i needed over the phone, when th unfortunately got a flat tire and needed a repair same day. After many hours i was finally able to get my car into VW, but right before i pulled in i got a call from Frank checking in to make sure all was okay and I would be able to come in - above and beyond service!! the other Frank in service who assisted me at check in was friendly and not overly pushy on trying to add additional services. Overall, incredibly great people and trustworthy business. Colonial VW has my service business and will have my car buying business when i’m in the market! More

Rusty, at Colonial VW is great! I am dealing with a problem with VW corporate regarding them not fixing a chronic problem with my leaking sunroof (Grrrr!)
