We had a wonderful experience at VW Medford. We worked with Paul Lazzaro to trade in our car for a new lease. What an interesting time to buy a car! With the inventory shortage that's going around due to covid I went to 6 dealerships for a new car. I was instantly turned away with"sorry no cars not sure when you wil shortage that's going around due to covid I went to 6 dealerships for a new car. I was instantly turned away with"sorry no cars not sure when you will get one try back in October". It felt like not only did the dealerships not want my business but also this laziness that amongst the sales reps. As soon as walking into VW Medford, I was greeted by Paul. Though at the time there was still no inventory. Paul felt empathy towards our situation and still proceeded to offer other cars as close to our budget. Unfortunately we were fixated on a certain car that we just really wanted. After leaving Paul was remaining in contact to continuously let us know when the car would be here, still expecting fall season. The car we wanted arrived earlier than anticipated, and Paul called me first thing in the morning to to make sure that car was mine! The customer service along with honestly, friendliness and humble personality made my purchase feel like an experience rather than just sale. More
