All of the components are going to be branded and so cost a little more, and their labor rate has to account for the overhead of having a team of customer service folks in the office in addition to mechanics in the shop, but I think their rates are fair and I'm happy to pay them for the level of service that they provide. Customer service was not great. Paid $200 for a diagnostic of my car, even though we had already informed them what the issue was.
