The process of swapping my Tiguan for a newer model was seamless, efficient, and the turnaround time impressive. I signed Thursday end of afternoon and drove off in my new car on Friday morning. I couldn’t be more impressed, more at ease. I also received a Car-Net software access with my newer model and in car safety features I didn’t have in the 2019 model.
