Purchase experience - 2016 Jeep I saw a jeep posted on Car Gurus and contacted dealer. They responded quickly. I later set a time to see car and I then saw the price increase on car gurus. Timing didn't seem right, I told them this, therefore deducted one star. Maybe it was an error, who knows (they corrected it). Anyway, my in person visit was fine. I was very happy with the deal and got a very competitive price. The staff and my sales person Peter were great. So overall I was happy with the experience and with the vehicle so far. If I was in the market, I would buy car from them again. More

I new i wanted a volkswagen gti but didnt know which avenue to take(used or new.) Tegan made that easy for me to figure out and went to bat for me to make sure i got the best deal i could. She was friendley, informal, polite, and explained what she believed to be the best option for me. As a result i got the car i wanted at the price that worked for me! I would 100% recomend friends and family go to colonial and ask for tegan if they need a new car!. More

Dylan went above and beyond to provide me with the best and most affordable solution. There were no games, only honesty. If you own a vw, get it serviced here. They know what it takes to provide a great customer experience. I’ve never felt the ambition to right these types of reviews, but their ability to go out of there way for the customer shows what great people work at this dealership. More
Questionable Service and Business Practices at Best Car required warranty work. After work was completed my daughter drove the car to work, and gas was literally being pumped all over the engine. The Car required warranty work. After work was completed my daughter drove the car to work, and gas was literally being pumped all over the engine. The mechanic did not tighten the main fuel supply line to engine. Car easily could have caught fire or worse, but luckily did not. The response from the dealership was to give us a free oil exchange. Later, car had a few issues off warrant and bills to repair were about $3,000.00. Included oxygen sensor, bill for approx. $300 to "reprogram the computer", and new springs. We fixed the car ourselves for $300 in parts, and there is NO NEED to reprogram the computer. It learns on its own and resets itself. After two purchasing two vehicles form them, I would never go back, nor get another VW. They are not reliable and this service facility overcharges in my opinion. More
