From the very first time it was obvio Just completed the 30K service on my '14 Touareg TDI. It has always been serviced at Colonial and by Jon Lacey. From the very first time it was obvious to me that I would have a good relationship with them. It has turned out that way. The TDI has been in for the 10/20/30K services, two recalls, including the TDI emissions recall, and I have even driven there just for the annual emission sticker. His customer interaction skills are excellent. Friendly, attentive, helpful. I am a 64 yr old male who has had many cars, so I feel pretty confident when I say TOP NOTCH! More

Just be careful and think twice about doing business with these people. I sought out a certified pre-owned vehicle because I thought it would have undergone a thorough check. It clearly hadn't. The windshield wiper blades installed on the car have scratched my windshield. So, here I am, having to shell out my own money to pay for damages caused by crappy blades they either didn't replace or install correctly. I asked them to pay for either replacing the windshield or repairing the scratches and was politely told to essentially buzz off. My advice: look elsewhere. I'd like to note that I have no issues whatsoever with the salespeople. They were kind and forthright. Management, however, doesn't want to acknowledge their misdeeds. More
