My husband and I have had the privilege of working with the colonial team now for over 20 years since we relocated to the Metro West region. We've owned two Bugs, a Passat, a Toureg TDI, a Jetta TDI, and an Alltrack. We have loved them all. Over the many years, Bill McGrath has taken such outstanding care of our service needs for all our vehicles. He and ALL the team are just awesome to work with, but we've primarily worked with Billy for our service needs. He is so diligent, extremely pleasant and works at a customer service level that elevates the VW experience for us. Great service experience I called up for a check engine light. I got an appointment when it was convenient for me. There happened to be snow in the forecast for that day. I I called up for a check engine light. I got an appointment when it was convenient for me. There happened to be snow in the forecast for that day. I got there early, they dealt with the problem and got me out just before the snow started. While there, I was able to use the WiFi to work, and enjoyed a couple of cups of coffee. All in all, a great experience. More

Horrible Experience With The GM Horrible! Stay away! We went in there to buy a 2018 Tiguan and were extremely underwhelmed by the lack of customer service. Our sales rep (Dino) was g Horrible! Stay away! We went in there to buy a 2018 Tiguan and were extremely underwhelmed by the lack of customer service. Our sales rep (Dino) was great, but when it came to dealing with Tony the GM we were not impressed and he was just rude. He never came out and introduced himself or said "hey thanks for buying a car with us", nothing...now mind you, we had just signed a purchase and sale and put down the deposit, so we were ready to move on the car. I marched into his office and just gave him the feedback that his customer service could use some improving, he did not like that and became extremely defensive saying "what do you think I'm doing here watching movies on my computer, I'm trying to work on the financing paperwork...we are number 2 for customer service!" I told him that we were certainly not experiencing number 2 customer service, and he could have just come out and said "hey thanks for buying a car with us, I'm Tony the GM", and the only reason we were still going to buy the car was because we liked our sales rep. We then left with plans to touch base with our rep and to do the final paperwork the next day. Well, this was the most incredible thing...our rep called us about 10 minutes after we left on behalf of Tony the GM and said that he did not want to do a deal with us because "We weren't the right fit" and they were not going to sell us a car and they would refund out deposit! I'm sorry I hurt your feelings Tony...a bruised ego certainly hurts...but you needed to hear the feedback. We went to another VW dealer the next day and bought a car. We are still waiting for our refund though...and funny, still waiting on a call back from Tony to address the fact we have not been refunded our deposit. I called VW corporate and they escalated the case to Regional Case manager, who then filed a formal complaint against the dealership. More
