Brought the car in for an oil change - something else was found and repaired. The oil change was never done and I didn’t realize that for a couple days. Got a phone call saying it was a misunderstanding, and found and repaired. The oil change was never done and I didn’t realize that for a couple days. Got a phone call saying it was a misunderstanding, and the blame was pretty much put on me and that I wasn’t too clear on what I wanted done - however the video from the tech working on the car clearly states that the car was in there for an oil change..apparently it was understood to be in there for an oil change. Next time I drove the car it seemed like it was very loud, and there were issues with the infotainment. Realizing that the oil had not been changed, but oil seepage had been cleaned up. I checked under the hood to see if maybe I was now low on oil. What I found instead was an oily rag left in the engine compartment. Very sloppy. I will not be using that dealership in the future.
