Always a great experience working with Bill. I recently had some auto body work done on my Taos and while it was there, Bill coordinated to have work done related to a VW recall - without me eve I recently had some auto body work done on my Taos and while it was there, Bill coordinated to have work done related to a VW recall - without me even asking. Mike was a huge help in coordinating to fix a factory auto body defect, securing a rental to cover the three days the car was out at the shop. Overall great experience with service at Colonial! More

I’d just like to say thank you to Aamir, Pierre, and Lap for their kindness, support and patience with me throughout this process. Car dealers aren’t known for their kindness, candor or honesty, but I felt for their kindness, support and patience with me throughout this process. Car dealers aren’t known for their kindness, candor or honesty, but I felt Aamir and Pierre really went above and beyond to support me. They truly ensured I had a good client experience and felt comfortable the entire process. They all did not need to spend as much time as they did with me, and very appreciative for their patience, compassion and support! Would recommend them to anyone :) Also I never said I’d be an SUV person, so congrats to Aamir on getting me here! More
