Overall my experience with Colonial VW has been great. My only little thing is, the main issue brought the car in for was something it turns out I could have fixed on my own, and as soon as I dropped the My only little thing is, the main issue brought the car in for was something it turns out I could have fixed on my own, and as soon as I dropped the car off everyone was like "Oh, did you try X?" That did solve the main problem, but two different people I spoke with when making/rescheduling never made the suggestion when it seems like it's common knowledge amongst the staff that an owner could make the fix without coming all the way in. I'm so glad they're knowledgeable and friendly and easy to work with; I really do find them a great group, I just wished someone gave me that info to try before coming in! More
