Where do I even begin? Colonial VW's service team swooped in like automotive superheroes when my car decided to take an unplanned nap in the middle of an intersection. Not only did they rebuild my entire fuel system after "catastrophic diesel failure," but they finished early, on a weekend, and I got my car back before my workweek began.
