Dylan Begin was very helpful, my rating is based on first person with whom I spoke at the dealership. Id.4 recall- was told it would take 12 hrs. I asked if I should plan on multiple days w/o the car and if person with whom I spoke at the dealership. Id.4 recall- was told it would take 12 hrs. I asked if I should plan on multiple days w/o the car and if so is a loader available. Was told they get them done in one day and unfortunately no loaner. Dropped our car Sunday night and followed up Tuesday- hadn't been touched due to backlog in the shop. Was then informed I could get a car at enterprise that VW would cover. Car was picked up on that Friday. Misinformation and inadequate communications throughout the process. I'm not 100% sure if all recall work was completed or if\when i'll have to go back. Paperwork says "partial". Pickup was a pain too because the waste oil truck was there and my car was trapped in a service spot. I informed service I was coming, and I'm sure you know when the oil truck is coming! More

Absolutely great service. I drive in from RI to have my car serviced. Well worth it! Service reps are great at explaining things and Idont have to return. To get redos.
