I was notified of all work that was needed, before anything was done, for my approval. Excellent work and communication throughout the process. Only drawback was that, since I have an older Jetta (200 anything was done, for my approval. Excellent work and communication throughout the process. Thank you as always for the great service! (unfortunately, I lost a hubcap on my ride home; not sure if it wasn't put on correctly after tire rotation, but that is a minor inconvience and in no way reflects on my opinion of the service department and the service they provided) More
