Shelley at colonial west, was so amazing and generous. I had a recall on my vehicle and was wondering if I could get it done at their dealership. Since I have a Mazda and they are partners with the Mazda I had a recall on my vehicle and was wondering if I could get it done at their dealership. Since I have a Mazda and they are partners with the Mazda dealership we ended up bringing it there. She went above and beyond and helped me get a tow truck for my car to be towed and and a rental while my car was being serviced. Great people… when they are around. Just spent an hour and half waiting on my truck for oil change and tire rotation. My truck was done long before that but service desk decided to be Just spent an hour and half waiting on my truck for oil change and tire rotation. My truck was done long before that but service desk decided to be absent from the desk. Also when I first went to check in my truck the service desk wasn’t there to greet or check on people. Only person to help me was the cash out/billing person. She was sweet and called and let the service desk workers that I was there and also when the truck was done. Overall it would have been 5 stars if people were present and doing the service desk. More
