The service experience was fine, but the cost was higher than expected. I paid $138.65 for a basic oil change and tire rotation, which included a $20 off coupon. Coincidentally, the day after this service I got an email from Colonial West with a coupon for the same service for 89.95. Wish I'd gotten that sooner. More

Absolutely Amazing! I just stopped to look at a truck I was following online. As I was walking back to my car, Shelley Dupre came out to the lot while assisting another I just stopped to look at a truck I was following online. As I was walking back to my car, Shelley Dupre came out to the lot while assisting another customer. Immediately the professionalism and attention to customer service was exemplified! After a few questions, I was introduced to Vinnie. Vinnie gave me an in-depth look at the truck, allowed for a test drive and a few days later… I was driving a new truck! I am beyond excited and would recommend Colonial West… especially these two to anyone! I would be remiss by not recognizing Carlos in the Financing office and the entire Service Dept! More
