Disappointed with my time being wasted Had an issue w/ a new car covered under warranty. Scheduled an APPOINTMENT and dropped it off the morning of the appointment. Never heard back so at 4:30pm I called and was told that they "didn't have time" to look at it that day. So, now I'm 2 days without a car. Following morning they called and said they found and fixed issue. So, quick fix...but 2 days without a car when i had an appointment to have it done the first day. I'm a business owner and my time is just as valuable as the next person.... which is why we all make appointments. When appointments aren't kept, it has a negative ripple affect. More

I was originally interested in a particular vehicle that was sold the night before I was scheduled to come test drive it. Rather than allow me to come to the dealership anyway and try to talk me into something else, they called me to explain and offer a test drive of a different one. I was so impressed that I did so and ended up buying the second car after all. They answered all of my questions, gave me a fair price for my trade, and got me out of there in time to make an important business meeting. I will definitely be back for my next car. More

Ford F350 will not start in hot weather after multiple stops My problem needed to be recreated in order to be solved,which took me a long time to figure out. Once I detected the exact pattern that caused the tru My problem needed to be recreated in order to be solved,which took me a long time to figure out. Once I detected the exact pattern that caused the truck to fail starting, the automotive technicians were able to successfully recreate it, which took patience, and quickly fix it. I greatly appreciated how everyone stuck with the problem. I will now be able to drive my truck with confidence. I only wish this problem had been diagnosed sooner. I had the truck towed in once when this happened last year, which cost $300.00, and I'be had to drive up to Columbia one hour each way multiple times. So it's been frustrating and expensive but at least now I hope it's over. Rachel was always courteous and as helpful as she could be. I wish the technicians could have been more creative in trying to recreate the problem instead of having me figure out how to do that. More

Loose lugnut & damage Bobby the service adviser was great but, two days after my service I had a lug nut fall off my wheel after having my tires rotated. Luckily someone I Bobby the service adviser was great but, two days after my service I had a lug nut fall off my wheel after having my tires rotated. Luckily someone I know observed it and I was able to put it back on and tighten it up. I also noticed damage to my chrome clad wheel which appeared to be from the mechanic striking it with a hard object somehow. I normally have good experience with Columbia Ford but this was unacceptable. More
