Grateful for Columbia Ford service team. I was late on my oil change due do a major health challenge. I called and was given an appt within a few days. The service folks there are very professional and bend over backwards to help you. They explain everything that was done in detail. Plus while waiting they have a Cafe to eat or get a cup of coffee. Also a waiting room with comfortable chairs. They find you when service is finished. I have dealt with Columbia Ford on many occasions and with different vehicles. I highly recommend them. More

Very low pressure experience! After having a couple of bad experiences at two Gates dealerships, we finally had a pleasurable one at Columbia Ford. We were trading in a pristine Mustang that we purchased in 2013 at Girard Ford. The sales person back then was Jimmy Bletsch. When we walked in and were greeted by Sales Manager Jimmy Bletsch, we knew it was going to be a good visit. He introduced us to Matt Milici and together they offered us a great deal on a new Ford Edge (with seating for our new twin Grand-kids) Jimmy Bletsch is responsible for our return to doing business at a Gates dealership. I hope that the Gates team knows what an asset Jimmy is to their business!! More
