Amazing staff!! I was in an expensive lease and needed to get out of it. After going to a few dealers I thought I was going to be stuck with it. I was originally interested in a particular vehicle that was sold the night before I was scheduled to come test drive it. Rather than allow me to come to the dealership anyway and try to talk me into something else, they called me to explain and offer a test drive of a different one. I was so impressed that I did so and ended up buying the second car after all. They answered all of my questions, gave me a fair price for my trade, and got me out of there in time to make an important business meeting. I will definitely be back for my next car. More

Disappointed with my time being wasted Had an issue w/ a new car covered under warranty. Scheduled an APPOINTMENT and dropped it off the morning of the appointment. Never heard back so at 4:30pm I called and was told that they "didn't have time" to look at it that day. So, now I'm 2 days without a car. Following morning they called and said they found and fixed issue. So, quick fix...but 2 days without a car when i had an appointment to have it done the first day. I'm a business owner and my time is just as valuable as the next person.... which is why we all make appointments. When appointments aren't kept, it has a negative ripple affect. More
