Once I detected the exact pattern that caused the truck to fail starting, the automotive technicians were able to successfully recreate it, which took patience, and quickly fix it. I greatly appreciated how everyone stuck with the problem. I will now be able to drive my truck with confidence. I only wish this problem had been diagnosed sooner. I had the truck towed in once when this happened last year, which cost $300.00, and I'be had to drive up to Columbia one hour each way multiple times. So it's been frustrating and expensive but at least now I hope it's over. Rachel was always courteous and as helpful as she could be. I wish the technicians could have been more creative in trying to recreate the problem instead of having me figure out how to do that. More

Loose lugnut & damage Bobby the service adviser was great but, two days after my service I had a lug nut fall off my wheel after having my tires rotated. Luckily someone I know observed it and I was able to put it back on and tighten it up. I also noticed damage to my chrome clad wheel which appeared to be from the mechanic striking it with a hard object somehow. I normally have good experience with Columbia Ford but this was unacceptable. More
