Threw me for a loop I feel like every time I go there I’m told something different. This time I went because at my last oil change at Firestone they told me my oil pan wa I feel like every time I go there I’m told something different. This time I went because at my last oil change at Firestone they told me my oil pan was leaking oil, and said it should be covered under warranty so I can just go to the dealer for it. I went to Columbia Kia to get it checked out and I got a call at the end of the day saying nothing was leaking and that it was all good. I trusted their word over Firestone’s so assumed Firestone just was mistaken. However, I got my brakes fixed yesterday by a private shop and they noticed an oil leak right where Firestone said it was. I’m not going to bring my car back to Kia, because apparently they can’t find an oil leak where someone who isn’t even looking for one finds it... More

Absolutely Amazing These people are awesome. They purchased my car for me that I found online at a dealership in Ohio then shipped it to Connecticut and detailed it for These people are awesome. They purchased my car for me that I found online at a dealership in Ohio then shipped it to Connecticut and detailed it for me. Got a great price and the service was amazing. I was able to text Tim Bassett any time of the day or night and he always had time for a phone call. Jake Gurzler was also very nice and funny and I enjoyed the time I spent with him signing the paperwork for the car, he was very informative and answered all questions I had. Overall, my experience at Columbia Ford Kia was awesome and I plan on buying cars from them in the future, as well as recommending them to all my friends. More

Definitely Worth the Ride My son was looking for a truck. After finding a truck online at Columbia Ford my son called and the truck was still available. We drove 1 hour and 4 My son was looking for a truck. After finding a truck online at Columbia Ford my son called and the truck was still available. We drove 1 hour and 40 minutes to go see this truck that unfortunately sold as we walked through the door. We spoke with John and he took our information "just in case". Sure enough, John called us Monday morning letting us know that the truck was ours if we wanted it. The next day we could get there was the next Saturday. We picked up the truck on Saturday and my son's first experience of buying a vehicle was great. John and Jake could not have been any nicer or accommodating. We would definitely make the trip to Columbia Ford again! More

Worth the drive I saw a used truck online I was interested in and my wife and I decided to take an hour drive to Columbia Ford. We just pulled in and looked over I saw a used truck online I was interested in and my wife and I decided to take an hour drive to Columbia Ford. We just pulled in and looked over the truck shortly after we were introduced to John who ended up being extremely personable and a pleasure to work with. My credit isn't the greatest so while we were waiting for a reply from the banks we went to the diner for a coupler of burgers the food was great. John checked in on us giving us updates and by the time we finished I was approved, the truck was in for delivery service and we went to see Jake who made signing the paperwork a breeze and we also shared some laughs. Overall thanks to John and Jake I will make the hour trip to Columbia Ford for my wife's vehicle when the time comes. More
