I had the great fortune of speaking and subsequently working with Tim Bassett. Tim was able to work a deal that satisfied us all in a short period of time and I drove home that day after trading my truck for a brand new '17 350. I'd also like to say I very much enjoyed working with the Sales and GM, as well as Jake in finance. Columbia has a low pressure professional staff all around but Tim is really a pleasure to work with. The dealership is really an interesting place but it is the personnel and how they are all so "Genuine" that sealed the deal for me. Again, my whole positive experience started with Tim Bassett. Website provided plenty of pictures of the truck and the window sticker so I knew exactly what I was getting. When it came to the finance end of things Eric and Jake were amazing! Eric stayed on the phone with me for quite some time one night to make sure we would get the loan terms we were looking for so we could take delivery of the truck on time. Every single call and e-mail was responded to promptly and I was never left hanging. When we arrived on delivery day everyone was just as great to deal with in person as they were over the phone. Eric also made a point to come introduce himself and thank us for making the trip to buy from them. I could not have asked for a better team to deal with. Jake also did a good job of occupying our 2 year old son while we signed all the paperwork. I can guarantee that I will be making the trip to Columbia to buy more vehicles when the time comes. Not to be dramatic but I kept shaking my head to make sure I was seeing what I was seeing! Beautiful fireplace with beautiful leather furniture around it. A koi pond. Snacks, water and coffee. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. The bathrooms were quality and spotless. I don't usually go on and on about my car repair or dealership but this place is unique and extraordinary. I forgot to mention how friendly, professional and helpful everyone I dealt with was. My visit took an hour for the works! We will most certainly be back. More

The only complaint I have is that I was scheduled for an appointment and when I got there, the salesman I was to meet with, wasn't even available. Why schedule an appointment and not be available. Luckily, someone else helped us (I don't remember his name) and did most of the work, but the original salesman will get the credit when the other person actually deserves it. When when I did work with the original salesman, he was helpful. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would recommend your dealership. More
