Free oil change I had my first oil change/service on my new Soul. The facilities are lovely. I had a nice lunch in a clean quiet atmosphere. Great experience with oil change I had to drop off my car in a hurry instead of staying with it due to an emergency with my 70 year old mother, the people were extremely nice. They ca I had to drop off my car in a hurry instead of staying with it due to an emergency with my 70 year old mother, the people were extremely nice. They called me when my car was done as requested (about an hour) so that I could keep on track and get my mother home from the doctor. I was surprised that it was done so quickly and very much appreciated the positive attitude of everyone. It was a difficult day for me but Columbia Ford made it a lot easier by sticking to their word and getting my car back to me when promised. Great people. More
