All persons involved with getting us the exact vehicle we wanted with the exact options we wanted ( My wife and I give these guys an easy 5 stars... All persons involved with getting us the exact vehicle we wanted with the exact options we wanted (no more/no less) went way beyond what any of the other dealers did and didnt give up until we were completely satisfied.I was always informed by phone or email of their progress(up to the minute), for example: searching/finding the correct vehicle,pricing/leasing-questions/answers,when the vehicle was all detailed and ready to go...etc. We really have to mention our salesman by name..and he is Michael Howard ...great guy..great salesman..I almost feel sorry for him after all that he went through on our behalf..our demands etc..all with a smile on his face! All the people (even the people we didnt deal with at all) were so nice and inviting ..and the inside of this dealership is second to none. More
Likely not be back for service To begin, I came in for the oil change with tire rotation special $40 offer. When I arrived I specifically asked to have the antifreeze topped off. W To begin, I came in for the oil change with tire rotation special $40 offer. When I arrived I specifically asked to have the antifreeze topped off. When I later took the time to review the paperwork, the tech never marked that he even looked at the level of antifreeze. I knew it was about empty walking in and had to fill it myself after my visit to Columbia Ford. The tech also marked off that all of my lights are fully functional. Again, he didn't look at the car because he would have noticed both parking lights and license plate light were out and I would have had them replace. He also stated my tires need to be replaced and marked that they are in the yellow zone, therefore he decided himself that it wasn't worth it to rotate them because the service desk would be talking me into new tires. When I cashed out, that gentleman told me my tires were in the red and there was zero tread left, as if I wouldn't be looking at them myself to see this was all wrong. The tires have used tread in their 18 months but they are clearly not bald. Regardless of when I plan to purchase new tires, a rotation is what I asked for and a rotation should have been completed. Neither the service desk nor the technician obviously cared to even look at my car in the manner of the paperwork they handed me and therefore I will likely not be returning for any services unless it's a basic free of charge recall. I also waited over an hour for this nonsense before I had to find out myself if the car was finished. No one thought it was necessary to leave the desk and find the 8 month pregnant woman uncomfortably waiting just around the corner. More
