The Best Brake Job Yet! I went in for an oil change and the mechanic noticed that I really needed to have my rear brakes done as the rotors were being scratched. Theresa did I went in for an oil change and the mechanic noticed that I really needed to have my rear brakes done as the rotors were being scratched. Theresa did a great job organizing everything so that the work could be done right away AND she gave me a great price for the work. It work was done within a few hours and I was (safely)on my way, The team is always a pleasure to do business with. the atmosphere is pleasant and the waiting area is more like a five-star hotel lobby than a mechanic's waiting area. Most importantly, the repairs are always performed to the highest standards and the prices are fair. I couldn't sk for anything more. More

Outstanding People Had a small mishap with my Edge, when I called Joe got me in later that day. Job was completed within an hour, again to my total satisfaction. Amazing experience I gave this review 5 stars for many reasons. 1) I was treated extremely well by everyone. I was handed a water bottle by a gentlemen I wasn't dealing I gave this review 5 stars for many reasons. 1) I was treated extremely well by everyone. I was handed a water bottle by a gentlemen I wasn't dealing directly with. Amazing. 2) Matt Milici was my salesman, and he did an extremely great job overall. I absolutely have to give him a shout out for everything he did for me today. He gave 200% effort, not just 100%. I was in a difficult situation and he was sure something could work out. And he was right. He is professional and down to earth which is pretty hard to find these days. 3) I felt a very positive vibe from everyone there. Great senses of humor, a mega bonus. 4) Eric Gates really put in over-the-top effort when going over the numbers. He's down to earth and professional.
