I brought my vehicle to Columbia Kia after bringing it to other Kia dealers in the area but having my issue remain. Columbia Kia diagnosed and repaired my vehicle the first time and the vehicle has never ran other Kia dealers in the area but having my issue remain. Columbia Kia diagnosed and repaired my vehicle the first time and the vehicle has never ran better. It finally works after over a year of trying with other dealers. I had a recall notification for our Kia Soul to deal with a computer update. I called Columbia Ford Kia and they quickly made an appointment. When I brought the Kia in, Bobby Eskey informed me of another r a computer update. I called Columbia Ford Kia and they quickly made an appointment. When I brought the Kia in, Bobby Eskey informed me of another recall and that it could also be done at the same time. He said it would be done within a specific time area and he would call us when it was ready. His timing was right on.Everything turned out fine and Bobby was very courteous and professional. Recently purchased a 2016 F 250/SD. Had some light and check engine light issues. I work locally so service agent made arrangements to pick up my truck from my work place, repair it, and return it before check engine light issues. I came in for my last complimentary oil change and mentioned I had a shake braking on deceleration and braking. I few hours later I got a call from Jose saying all four of my brake rotors were warped. mentioned I had a shake braking on deceleration and braking. I few hours later I got a call from Jose saying all four of my brake rotors were warped. As an engineer and a home mechanic I was a little Suspicious that all four rotors were warped (rotors rarely warp) and I took the truck home and decided to put it on my lift. My wheels were not rotated as they had been in the past and it appeared that the wheels were not even removed to do a brake inspection and rotor runout check. When I got my truck on my lift and checked them with my dial indicator all the rotors were true. There was some brake material built up on one rotor and I cleaned it up with a air tool and a scotch Brite disc. I took the truck out and the problem is gone. I bothers me It was suggested I replace all my rotors and pads when an inspection never seemed to be done. I really have to question the diagnosis and the repair estimate. Ive been wrenching on cars and trucks for over 30 years and wasn’t born yesterday. Next time when you estimate a repair you should actually pull the wheels and insect the brakes before telling someone they need all the rotors and pads replaced on a truck with 25,000 miles. I’ll be doing my own oil changes and service from now on. You have lost my trust. More
