They helped me out! I was visiting family in Columbia after driving a couple of hours from Kansas City. My engine light began blinking on my 2015 Acura RDX. They informed I was visiting family in Columbia after driving a couple of hours from Kansas City. My engine light began blinking on my 2015 Acura RDX. They informed me they couldn't do work under warranty but could do any necessary work, including diagnostics, and I could submit the charges to Acura for reimbursement under my warranty. Phillip Mitchell did my intake and was extremely professional and helpful. He said it would take about 45 minutes to check out and that was accurate. It was determined that nothing was in the car's computer indicating a problem. Because they didn't diagnose a problem, there was no charge for checking it out. More importantly though, they confirmed quickly that the car was OK to drive which was critical to me as some of those with me needed to get back to the Kansas City area tomorrow for a flight. Great service and really professional! More

Wonderful caring staff, TJ Mitchell excellent!! TJ Mitchell has helped ease my mind over this past year by helping my son and treating him like family. My son is a student at Mizzou and we are from TJ Mitchell has helped ease my mind over this past year by helping my son and treating him like family. My son is a student at Mizzou and we are from out of state so if something would come up with my son's car, I am 10 hours away and it's difficult to help him. TJ has taken him under his wing and guided us through and taken care of things for us. I am SO grateful to TJ who has really made the life of an out of state mom and a college kid so much better.
