The lead person in charge of accepting our form of payment for your Suburau dealership initially decided that our ability to use a local bank check to complete the transaction for car payment was not payment for your Suburau dealership initially decided that our ability to use a local bank check to complete the transaction for car payment was not acceptable. Despite the sales managers recommendation, this person contiued to insist that despite our age, local residence in the area and our impecable credit rating, that we could not use the bank check. His response bordered on abusive and quite frankly embarrassing to us and your staff. The situation was resolved when our close out representative called the dealership manager and received approval. Your financial officer needs to be re-trained in customer service and situational awareness. The names will be withheld from this posting. Talk to Jill and the close out person. Your dealership will suffer more customer complaints if this person continues to have trouble in identifying those of us that are not a financial risk. A. H. Munter - 484-645-3072. More
