Honestly, the customer service is top notch. They provided accommodations (yes even after I signed the papers) that you just don’t see anymore from most retailers, let alone a dealership. Maddie was awesome. She walked me through my options and got me a better deal on a better car than I thought I could get. The entire team at Concordville was welcoming and as efficient as a dealership can p got me a better deal on a better car than I thought I could get. The entire team at Concordville was welcoming and as efficient as a dealership can possibly be! We were in and out with a new car n just over 3 hours! A personal best! And Mary T. From the internet sales department, who was my first contact with the dealership reached out to me via my PREFERRED method of contact (text and email) rather than insisting on getting me on the phone (also a first for me!) all in all I would highly recommend Concordville Subaru for anyone looking for a car, whether new or used! I always get there early as I take my meetings in show room via Teams. It is nice you have early people there. Ken has taken me as soon I drove in and approached counter.
