Making the appointment was easy. When I got there I was told that some service additonal items were coming up for 120K service, so I decided to get them done a little earlier than s When I got there I was told that some service additonal items were coming up for 120K service, so I decided to get them done a little earlier than scheduled, so that I didn't need them while on the road, since I am planning a road trip in December. I left the the truck and got a ride right away on the courtesy shuttle. The truck was ready later that afternoon. I picked it up the following morning. Everything is working great and that is the kind of experience that I have had previously at Conicelli. All excellent. More
