The service department, while doing the mandatory safety inspection of my car, noticed it was due for the state inspection the next month and offered to do that now so I would not have to come back so soon. I was impressed with their thoughtfulness. I financed my buy out through their finance department and that also went very smoothly and quickly. I would recommend these folks without reservation. The desk personnel are very responsive, courteous, but something is off. My standard maintenance, oil change & tire rotation took 8 hours. I had no plans to leave my car for the day & that was made clear something is off. My standard maintenance, oil change & tire rotation took 8 hours. And I have no idea what break fluid service the rep was talking about. Apparently, it's a needed service but they didn't have the equipment till 2 yrs ago?!? I have been coming for every service for several Toyotas, for decades. No one has ever mentioned this "needed" service before. Even though this dealership is in my neighborhood, I'm thinking about switching. More
