While they secured financing for us, Ahmad kept us informed every step of the way while we waited, & the price for the car was exactly as advertised. We were never pressured into services we didn't need, everything in our financing paperwork was explained, & we easily declined some of the additional coverage. That day I picked them up an was leaving your lot, when someone backed into me. Mr Ruiz came out, he had seen the accident. He asked me if I was ok, which I was but I was shaken up. He asked if he could give me a hug and I was very appreciative. He then called me the next day to see if I was alright.
