The manager Joel Moralles is a disgrace to this Toyota. He does not know how to behave with customers. The agent Eric told us that the price of the car is $27340 and we asked if he could give it for $26000 He does not know how to behave with customers. When we let him know that his behavior was rude and he can't behave with any customer like this, he didn't seem apologetic at all. He was defending himself by saying that there are lots of customers who buy car from here because of him. He even told me that why did I drive more than one hour from NJ to his dealership to buy the car. Overall this guy does not deserve to be in this job. Unhappy with their service department. Brought my 4Runner because the brakes were squealing. They changed all the pads and rotors for $1200. Squealing sound was worse.
