From the initial outreach and conversation with Donna, to walking through trim levels and leasing options with Amanda, and finalizing the deal with Leo and Mostafa everyone was professional, very prompt in getting back to us with information, and patient with answering multiple questions from first-time leasers. Finalizing the deal ended up taking longer than expected with having to update our insurance and Leo was kind enough to help us through the process and stay until after hours to make sure we could get everything wrapped up. Stew was a cool guy who made the process of buying a used car easy and smooth!
