When my Audi started to die, we agreed to get a hybrid for myself, and we heard about the Corolla o My wife bought a Prius C 5 years ago and loves it. When my Audi started to die, we agreed to get a hybrid for myself, and we heard about the Corolla on the radio. I went to your website and as I was looking at it Amanda called me--while I was still on the site! Jokingly I said "what took you so long." We discussed the available cars, while I was looking at them online. I told Amanda that I would be in the next day once my Audi's windshield was repaired, and I was there last Friday at 1:00. It turns out Amanda isn't a sales person, but she certainly sold me. The salesman, was great, didn't have to sell me anything, because Amanda had done all the work. I didn't haggle about price nor the low value of my Audi because I was there to buy the car that Amanda and I agreed would be best for us. In fact, when I walk in I told the salesperson that I was there to buy a car. Today I stopped by to have my wife's Prius oiled, and I made a point of seeking out Amanda to thank her. More

She remained as transparent as permitted and left me with an over all pleasant opinion of the dealership as a whole. My only regret is the numbers were not competitive with other dealerships closer to the Northside of Chicago, therefore I did not make the trip down to deal in person. More
