Went in for a "free" oil change and was told the battery on my Prius which is less than 3 years old failed a test and would need to be replaced. After getting the car back and home there is a scratch on the on my Prius which is less than 3 years old failed a test and would need to be replaced. After getting the car back and home there is a scratch on the passenger side across both the front and rear doors. I called their Customer Relation Manager, left my number for a callback and still have not received a call. This was 30 minutes ago. There were not many people at the dealership either. More

Leo made the entire process very smooth and efficient. Helped me set up my intergrated dash cam for my 2022 Venza. He even had my car ready before I was even done signing all of the paperwork.
