A good experience with a minor flaws. Negotiations took too long. First price offer was a rip- off. That was insulting. Customer service was good. Also, the woman who presented the documents, said she was not feeling well, and then proceeded to take us into a small room and closed the door. We sat for at least 20 minutes doing paperwork, and all I could think of was that I was going to get corona virus because I was in a small enclosed room with a woman who was not feeling well! I decided to stick it out hoping the masks and my vaccination would keep me safe. After we left her room, we walked around not knowing what to do next. There was no direction. So I walked to my old car and emptied it out and then returned and sat for about 15 minutes until the sales rep returned and asked me if I was finished. I didn't not get a super deal, but it was good enough, so I just took it. I feel like after I signed the papers the woman should have congratulated me and handed me a water and a bag of chips and instructed me to sit in a nice area until the sales rep returned. Also, the paper work did not have the correct milage on it. I told her I was not sure, but I knew the 15 miles she had on her original paperwork was not correct. I was hop[ing she would call for someone to check the car and put the correct milage. But she just went with what I thought it was-which was incorrect. If your job is to do the paperwork, then it should be done correctly. I mentioned that I didn't want the wrong mileage because I didn't want any fraud. She became defensive with that statement. Still, I knew she was not feeling well, so I accepted the slight attitude and told her I hope she feels better. So, it was a decent experience. Nothing I would brag about. More
