***CAUTION-HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE**Absolute disgrace to all Chevy dealerships. I had an appointment to test drive a vehicle. Drove 2 hours for a test drive before I made the purchase (prequalified with cash in Chevy dealerships. I had an appointment to test drive a vehicle. Drove 2 hours for a test drive before I made the purchase (prequalified with cash in hand). William Smith (Bill) confirmed with me 1 hour before that I would be there for the test drive. When I got there no one helped me, Steve Buchanan then came out with no face mask on and rudely asked me what I was looking for. I explained to him I had an appointment to test drive a vehicle. He then proceeded to tell me that very specific car was sold. When I asked why Bill confirmed the appointment with me he said "Hey it's retail" and walked away. As I was walking out another customer was walking in and saw my frustration. Long story short they were there to speak to a manager about a car they had bought the previous week that had a laundry list of issues that the dealership was refusing to fix. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. More
Highly recommend. I did some research prior to our visit and found Scott highly referred. I made an appointment with him and was so glad I did. He was absolutely amazing, please go see him!!! This was not l and found Scott highly referred. I made an appointment with him and was so glad I did. He was absolutely amazing, please go see him!!! This was not like any sales experience we had before. Impossible to argue, he made the experience easy and in and out. More
Salespeople like Autumn Plunket and Steve Buchanan are the reason why car dealerships have such bad reputations. They are unethical, dishonest, and untrustworthy. About a month ago, I came into Copeland t the reason why car dealerships have such bad reputations. They are unethical, dishonest, and untrustworthy. About a month ago, I came into Copeland to test drive a new 2020 Chevy Spark. (Last year's model closeout.) I didn’t buy the car that day, but I did meet Autumn. Over the next couple weeks, Autumn texted me several times asking how she could “win my business.” After trying all the usual sales tactics, Autumn quoted me an OUT THE DOOR price on the Spark that I agreed to. Autumn assured me that the OTD price included EVERYTHING and gave me the breakdown for the cost of the car + taxes + fees. AUTUMN CONFIRMED THE NUMBERS MULTIPLE TIMES. However, when the day came to close the deal and pick up the car, Autumn told me that the price she quoted included “special money” that was no longer available. She also tried telling me that the OTD price didn’t include tax, which was a lie. After two weeks of negotiations, this was such an underhanded transparent grubby bait-and-switch. When I balked at the magically disappearing “special money” and the added fees, Autumn brought over the sales manager Steve Buchanan. He sat down while Autumn cowered behind him and, without even saying hello or introducing himself (I read his name off his name tag), Steve started browbeating me and tried to bully me into paying more for the Spark than the price Autumn had REPEATEDLY QUOTED AND CONFIRMED. Steve was pompous and incredibly condescending. He said the dealership had only one “special discount” and it had already been used. When I argued that Autumn had verified the OTD price as recently as the previous day, Steve said they had used the “special discount” just that morning on a different sale. When I questioned why Autumn didn’t give me that information when I spoke to her a few hours ago or when I texted her from the road, Steve said the sale had only been put into the system in the last 90 minutes. (Autumn's last text was less than an hour ago and only said "drive safe.") Steve then tried to guilt me for “dragging out” the deal for the last couple weeks, implied that Copeland had been holding onto the Spark for me as a favor, and said I had put Autumn in a bad position. Obviously, this was all nonsense and just sleazy. The entire experience was incredibly insulting and left a bad taste. I hope Autumn and Steve are not a reflection of Copeland’s values or the way Copeland does business. I fully expected to drive home in a new Chevy Spark. Instead, I ended up walking out of the dealership and the Spark (last year’s model!) is STILL sitting in Copeland’s lot. Great job, Autumn and Steve! More

I called service to set up service for my 2018 equinox for my 2nd free oil change. When I called service I told them I needed an early appointment and had to wait. I did explain that I just got released f for my 2nd free oil change. When I called service I told them I needed an early appointment and had to wait. I did explain that I just got released from Roxbury V.A. The day before and had a early appointment at the Brockton V.A. And needed to be sure I could make my appointment. The service rep set everything up and when I got there I was out as promised. All pleasant staff at the desk, no upsell and delivered as promised again at Copeland. Thanks again S.J.F. More

I came in for a scheduled tire rotation and recall service. I asked them to charge the car while they worked on it. They told me they did but in fact they hadn't so I had the same amount of miles avai service. I asked them to charge the car while they worked on it. They told me they did but in fact they hadn't so I had the same amount of miles available to me as when I came in. I had driven up from cape cod, so it would have been helpful had they charged it. I had to stop at a Nissan dealership to get a charge to get home. Additionally, they set the tire pressure to 36 PSI when the specs call for 38. More
